Not sure if you guys were on 4chan /qa/ lately but there were threads discussing GR15.
So i was wondering if we could figure out a compelling argument that we could post to hiro in order to bring back /mlpol/ based on these threads:
my.mixtape.moe/viocfr.rar
So i'm here to ask for help regarding this.
Main point would be the self moderation of the board. Also a 1 month trial would be an ideal start before anything else.
Don't want to threaten hiro by saying that i won't buy a pass but it could be used in some context.Reasoning would be the current state of /pol/.Could mention that mods don't want to moderate /pol/(see pic attached) so self moderation would work for them and not against them while improving the overall quality of the site by allowing mods to have more time to "moderate".
Getting rid of GR15 could work on /pol/ but i think fusing the two board together would be better.
>>91946At this point, it does not matter. 4/pol/ has lost too many quality users. 4/mlp/ has lost the spark of what once made it great. They will never allow self-moderation either. The mods are cucked cunts that don’t give a shit. They will also never get rid GR15 either. Even if they brought back 4/mlpol/ the excitement is gone and the mods will blow it all to hell just like with what they did with 4/pol/ and 4/mlp/. It is best to ignore 4chan.org and make a home here.
>>91947While i understand your points i would like to see GR15 lifted from /pol/ at least because the whole board is just shit.Hoping it would drive away all the faggotry.
>>91946I'm not into 4chan very much lately, but I'll voice my opinions for old time's sake.
GR15 was retarded to begin with. It's a blatant "Stop liking what I don't like" rule.
>>91947Compelling arguments for 4/mlpol/ and -GR15 have been made time and time again, including offers of fiduciary incentive. That mods are directly antagonistic toward /pol/ and /mlp/ by themselves is evident, not to mention /mlpol/. The fact is, 4chan is a dictatorship and will not permit anon-governorship no matter how decorously it is proposed or structured. Further, expending effort to try and change the minds of Hiro and mods is a bit disrespectful to efforts, time, and commitment of the admins, mods, and developers of Mlpol.net desu.
This does touch on another potential for increased .net participation; that of former 4chan anons who have since washed their hands of it and would not have even heard of Mlpol.
>>91950Also pic related
>>91946Mods are currently mass banning spin off weebs.
https://boards.4chan.org/qa/thread/1750436Seems like they got tired of their bullshit.
>>91955Jesus Christ, what a clusterfuck. I'm happy sitting in my /safespace general/ on /pol/. Is it wrong?
>>91956Kek. Even GRXVDF was b&.
He's a chronic ban-evader though.
>>91955Just Tippy-top fucking kekkles!
>>91957LOOOOOOOOOOOOL!!!
At this point 4cuck is just eating itself.
It is the first time that 4cuck mods actually do something good.
Is there any particular reason we would want 4chan to bring back /mlpol/ at this point? We've got a pretty good thing going here, even if it is low traffic. With 4chan we're back to mods that don't give a shit and living under King Jap's thumb.
>>91969This, I enjoy our freedom here. I am done with /pol/ after war in Syria is over anyways.
>>91947>At this point, it does not matter. 4/pol/ has lost too many quality users. 4/mlp/ has lost the spark of what once made it great.I guess this is where I'm in the minority for this board's regulars and I understand that those of us who've been here long enough feel that 4chan has betryaded us and its better off that we remain seperate. I disagree though, to me the community is more important then where we meet up, which is why I'd rather see 4/mlpol/ alive and well. Sure we won't be able to moderate it ourselves and the mods would likely be gay about the entire thing but I'd much rather us be able to recreate what made /mlpol/ work so well, a good community of anons from both /pol/ and /mlp/ plus some other anons from other boards that came to watch and all had fun. We're some of the most dedicated anons to that community sure, but we aren't teh entire thing a lot of them are still on /pol/ and others are on /mlp/ but not willing to go off site due to convience problems or them considering this place to be too low traffic, both of which I understand.
All in all I wasn't able to get into 8/pol/ very well because it felt too elitist, anons would say shit as if they were better then those on 4/pol/ and its not true. No site's userbase is better because we all of goods and bads. Here we have flag fags and some really big autists. Over on 4/pol/ they have shills and reddit while /mlp/ has Glimmerniggers, Hasdrowns, and Faustfags. /pol/'s problems are that it feels too unserious at times and other times it feels as if its never ending shilling by outside forces. /mlp/ either feels negative as shit or like never ending shitpositng. But this place at times feels like glimmers village, we all say we're happy and we all smile but we have unspoken rules that feel hostile to posting new content because we don't want to end up looking like our parent boards.
Elitism is cancer, if you really are better then something else you won't need to keep telling yourself it. This place is useful but I in no way see it as the idealized version of /mlpol/ and honestly would like it much more if we had it back up on 4chan. That said if we did get /mlpol/ back would I still come back here if everyone here still used this place rather then 4/mlpol/? Yep, because to me the community matters more then the site and regardless of everything else I like you bastards even if you all who are using custom flags need to turn them off and everyone here needs to lighten up and post more fun content.
>>91958MODS=GODS
Are they gods when they ban you for posting a single pony reaction image outside your ghetto containment board?
Were they gods when they set up the very moment that defines your board, your fun times, your friendships built, those great memories AS A PRACTICAL JOKE at your experience for the rest of 4chan? Mods are on nobody's side but their own gloomy vision of 4chan, and anybody and everyone could be their next target.
>tippy-top kekklesWhat the fuck that is some of the faggiest shit ive ever heard
End yourself
>>91981I see you've been banned from 4chan. Good to see you still browse here
>kekklesYou don't have fond memories of the kekkles copypasta? It was all over the /qa/ board in April
>>91981What brings you here today?
>>91981You know what goes great with being banned from 4chan? The Denver Broncos.
Denver Broncos are the best footballing team ever. There is no one on earth who can do footballs as good as the Denver Broncos. Many others have tried and failed to be as football. You think you can football like these guys? Heh, get in line, cuck. You'd need to get up about 12 hours earlier and spend all morning and all afternoon being football to football like the kings of football, the Denver Broncos.
Seriously, faggot. If footballing was the olympics these guys would be like the John Elway of football olympics. The Denver Broncos are the alpha and the omega of all footballs, the footballs that came first and last and shall be evermore the football. They own footballs now and forever. Footballs.
t. Denver Broncos.
>>91980Nostalgia is quite a sensation. Of course nothing can really match the happy fun times of 4/pol/ with all its pool-closing and flag-capturing. It's pretentious to say we're any way better than what it was; we're better now simply for open speech and lack of shills.
I wish it were possible to save 4Chan but it doesn't seem possible except for a complete wipe of administration. Bringing back /mlpol/ there would be fun but, as already stated, it would lack the nostalgia and it would still be open to attacks from outsiders.
>>91981 Hey, a wild refugee appears.
Funnily enough, it wasn't long ago when I would say that 4Chan is the last refuge of free speech. Turns out that's rather ephemeral and it's become quite a police state, but at least we still have this haven.
>>91982I'm pretty sure that today I managed to get a score of phoneposters across America butthurt today when they finally nuked my ISP. It still wont stop me, but i will be slightly down i cant steam that mod when i step out for a beer now.
>>91983A link sent me here where i find someone gossiping about me like schoolgirls. Last time i was here i believe it was for /sg/ would be pretty good without the deviantart horses.
>>91986I have to admit on some level I respect the extent of your autism; it's too bad you're such an easily triggered cupcake who hates ponies for some inexplicable reason. So what's been going on in your world lately?
>>91986With the return of the Ebin Shitposter, /mlpolsg/ once again offers the highest quality updates on the Syrian Civil war, the Yemani conflict, and other associated conflicts in the Middle East, with out the shills and shitposters of 4chan. Quality pony OC is a plus.
>>91985>>91969I guess my end reason for wating to bring it back is because 1 its more convenient for those who don't post here often. This place not being on 4chan x along with the fact that a lot of anons just don't know about this place or care to come here as often even if they're dedicated autists part of the orginal community means that it coming back on 4chan would create a resurgence of content and fun. 2 more traiffic. Obviously we'd have a bigger pool of anons from 4chan. Yet again we get more OC and more discusion then what we currently have here. 3 Bringing back what we lost. We are the most dedicated anons of 4/mlpol/ there is no doubt otherwise we wouldn't still be here. Dedication means we're a bit more serious then your average funposter. I'd be nice to have a few more fun threads being filled up with low quality OC like memeballs, shitty drawing and just things that will make you laugh rather then great drawings on cool OC. We currently have the core but we lack the meat of what made /mlpol/ great and 4chan bring it back would give us it back. At least thats why I want it back.
>>91986>>91981You come over here so often that its funny to an extent. The funny thing is I'd consider you a regular at this point even if your life is based around keeping us at bay. Congrats GR15DF anon by fighting us so often your slowly becoming one of us.
>>91989Yeah and most of the stuff you made is pretty funny in hindsight.
It doesn't matter anymore; steaming the mod is just personal enjoyment with no endgoal in sight.Nothing will change as long as 4chan holds the imageboard monopoly and the place i dreamed of will likely never exist. Furthermore, the most obsessed malicious posters on /qa/, including frogspammers are very likely /jp/ spinoff users to begin with, and i have never had a close relation with those spinoffs but idiots always believe i do. I guess what i should say is that due to their insanity, even if 4chan went poof and a great 2D/R board appeared that fungus would follow us there too. Shit sucks
why do you even want to go back? fuck gook moot and his shit website
>>91992Eh, 4chan is basically a rotting husk of its former self at this point; I've completely given up hope that it can be saved. I'm just enjoying watching the place burn and adding a little fuel to the fire wherever I can. My guess is that 4chan will probably keep going in its present state for a while, and it's just going to keep getting worse. I personally think whatever oldfags or originalfags that are still present on /qa/ or wherever should just break off and form their own subchan like we did, it's worked out pretty well for us. For whatever it's worth, I was the guy who recommended to Tohno Chan that they should start fishing your board for potential users.
>>91995I would rather see an existing IB rise up than see a new spinoff splinter up an already dismally scattered scene. I truly feel bad for the OC makers on /qa/; they get shit on daily by mods and obsessed trolls now. There definitely must be a tipping point somewhere, and i refuse to fade away until its reached.
>>91997Good luck with that. There is a higher likelihood of them fading away then reaching a tipping point. It is also unlikely for a truly new image board to be created. Imageboard websites are historically unprofitable, and because of that no one wants to invest money making a new one.
>>91997Fair enough. Well, like I said I respect your level of dedication to your cause. Can't promise we won't be back to shit the place up with ponies intermittently, though. It was good seeing you again, feel free to stop by any time.
>>91981>>91986>>91992>>91997Its good to see you again. You proved your ability back in April-May. Your reputation preceeds its self (previous encounters aside) as many non-4chan boards speak highly and reverently of you. I know we're not likely to be fast-friends, but I hope that with the latest esp. we might be allies of a sort. I think we can agree that 4mods are faggots who deserve worse than they're currently getting, and your input/expertise could be invaluable. The enemy of my enemy amirite? Without consideration WRT GR15, and without parsing sides of MLP or no, would you consider helping mine excessive (and I mean EXCESSIVE) salt from 4chan?
t. mostly-random lolcow
>>92006Pretty late with this response but I was busy earlier.
>would you consider helping mine excessive (and I mean EXCESSIVE) salt from 4chan? Doing this sort of stuff, it's always the regular users that lose the most. I don't know what's best myself, but I just want to keep mods busy. I don't want to shit on people who already get shit on daily. My methods may not be effective but I don't want to mess up regular threads, and Pyrrhic victory is no victory. What do you have in mind even?
>>92032Thank you for your response. My aim is to gather ponies, nazis, and horsefuckers alike
here. As your name and reputation implies, youre particularly authoritative as far as identifying/countering GR15-relevant posts and activity, as well as having the ability to defy 4mods to a degree that I envy and hope to achieve at some later date.
In the immediate, I would ask that you (in combating GR15 defiant posts) direct your victims/targets to "Fuck off to Mlpol.net". Further I would like the opportunity to learn from you personally, as my and others' VPN/raid-game is weak and is in need of refinement. In exchange, a "white-list" could be established, of favorable or otherwise "safe" sites/boards. I say this in observance of /qajp/ which was not a deliberate or knowing target of Mlpol at the time. Most participants - myself included - were not fully aware of the dynamic that was entered into or affected, and while weebs aren't particularly well received by hoersfuckers, it wasn't a deliberate act of aggression (at least, until there was counter-fire in which case it was game on).
Simply put, Mlpol wasn't fighting weebs at the time, we were fighting 4mods for our very existence and board. Now we have a board and an existence, and it seems that weebs and nazi hoersfuckers have a common,… maybe not enemy, but adversary.
This idea is and will be long in the making, but this isn't the last you'll hear from me on the subject. You'll know.
So based on the answers the best option would be to not proceed with the request(s),right?
