1. It's funny - at least for me.
2. Music is really catchy, sometimes surpasses good old animated Disney pieces:

Guess that's all for now. Might add something later.
>>90509As a fellow /pol/ack I just started to watch it after April 1st and it is a really good show. I don't know how to put it, but the story is good, the message is good, it is entertaining, it has all you want in a show. The fanart/episodes and fan stories are also excellent additions to enjoy. Best I can say is to give it a chance. "Worst" that can happen is that you will enjoy it.
>>90509The tedium and uncertainty of daily life, combined with the existential loneliness, distrust, and dread that comes with being redpilled, makes one rather depressed and drab. Liking something childlike and cheerful reminds one of the beauty of the world. When you feel embarrassed to watch a children's cartoon it means you're just worried you'll feel an uncharacteristic charm.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQKaAlMNvm8 >>90509It is fun and happy. Since the world lacks such qualities, it provides some escapism. Also, in an age of shit cartoons, MLP provides an example of how to do it right…for the first couple seasons anyway.
Watching it will help you understand all of the fun /mlp/ memes.
>>90509Im in a simmilar boat anon, i've been meaning to watch it but every time i attempt the voice acting makes me want to commit seppuku
>>90509Because unless anon has an entirely filled-to-the-brim living/work schedule, then probably has some free time on their hands that is otherwise spent browsing imageboards.
It would not hurt to spend a little bit of that time connecting with the elements of honesty, kindness, laughter, generosity, and loyalty, which may or may not have been instilled as a child, but which certainly have become diminished in scale or 'importance', especially through the rigorous and taxing process of red-pilling one's self. Anon might be surprised what happens as a result.
Look at it this way, how many shit docu's has one sat through, looking for the next piece of the puzzle? That piece might just be pastel-colored.
